OVERVIEW

FieldPulse is a field operations management platform designed to help supervisors coordinate work orders, assign tasks, track job progress, and manage field reports in real time.

PRIMARY PERSONA

Supervisor — responsible for assigning work, coordinating field crews, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient execution across multiple job sites.

JTBD

Every morning I need to understand what is happening across all active job sites, assign tasks to crews, and track progress throughout the day without relying on calls, spreadsheets, or paper reports.

CJM

The CJM maps a supervisor’s daily workflow from morning planning to evening reporting, highlighting where communication breaks down and where the product creates the most value.

CHALLENGE

Supervisors relied on phone calls, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, and paper-based field tickets to manage daily operations. Information was scattered across channels, making it difficult to see real-time progress, identify delays, and understand team workload.

SOLUTION

FieldPulse centralizes work orders, field tickets, task assignment, progress tracking, reports, and team visibility in one platform. Supervisors can manage daily operations without relying on fragmented communication and manual status updates.

SUMMARY

FieldPulse transforms fragmented field operations into a single operational workspace for supervisors. The platform centralizes work orders, task assignment, reporting, and team visibility, reducing reliance on calls, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes.

A light theme was intentionally selected because supervisors frequently work outdoors, on industrial sites, and in changing lighting conditions where readability and information visibility are critical throughout the day.
